Meeting 1 - Doron Cohen

The opening event for 2025/2026 with Doron Cohen, former CEO of the Rothschild Group and over 30 years of experience in the capital market, and currently Chairman of the Investment Committee of Ayalon Mutual Funds and Director of Blueden Engineering. We hosted Doron for a fascinating panel on the world of investments and wealth management and received tips for getting started, before we took a picture at the LinkedIn stand, had a snack, and raised a toast.

At Israel's Financial Future Conference

Wealth Management Club members attended the "Israel's Financial Future" conference, hosted by Calcalist and Migdal Group.

Throughout the conference, we had the privilege of attending insightful lectures and in-depth discussions led by prominent figures across the Israeli financial sector, gaining firsthand perspectives from leading regulators, policymakers, and senior executives on strategic approaches to tomorrow's challenges.

Club year-end

During the festive final meeting hosted at Hamilton Lane, students gained comprehensive and in-depth exposure to the world of private markets and alternative investments.

The event opened with an overview of the firm’s global and local activity, the scale of assets under management, and its primary sectors of focus. Following this, a venture capital and growth equity perspective was shared, featuring key market trends with an emphasis on the growing momentum of investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Next, participants received an insightful introduction to private equity and the compelling long-term rationale for investing in private markets. Finally, the session covered Evergreen funds—an innovative and flexible model providing a broader range of investors with enhanced access to private markets. The visit offered a unique, hands-on look into global financial practice, serving as an enriching conclusion to an active and successful year.
